Third Parties
Heron Data currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help Heron Data provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Heron Data performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
Infrastructure Subprocessors
Heron Data may use the following Subprocessors to host Service Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of the Services:

Updates
Heron Data maintains an internal vendor register for tools used exclusively for internal operations, security, development, and compliance that do not process customer personal data and are therefore excluded from this subprocessor list.
